I’ve worked across various sectors of real estate, from residential to commercial properties, and I’ve built a solid foundation in sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating deals.Currently, I am leading R&H Capital, a division of my LLC, Property Pulse LLC, which focuses on raising capital for real estate acquisitions.

When you finance through national lenders, in your experience, is a balloon a common requirement for commercial loans of this nature or is it possible to get a fixed rate for 30 years?  

Pricing a rental property too high is a BIG mistake.

Most commercial lenders want a 680 credit score,  or they won't talk to a borrower.

It justifies the property selling for greater than just market appreciationI do owner builder rehabs but sometimes use contractors for large work scope or scope beyond expertise.
