This has been asked and answered many times.Ship to house or your cleaners.Have cleaners setup stuff or hire a handyman for stuff that needs to be assembled. 

Find a new cleaner, handyperson, take pro pictures etc etc.

Then you also have it for the cleaners as needed.Then I would schedule some time for you to head over and do a full deep clean on the carpets yearly if they don't get messed up in between.

If you have enough unit it will make sense to have cleaner on your payroll but to starting off, most common sense is to find a very high quality, reliable cleaner that works with your budget.

I am not sure about what you are reflecting in the cleaning number but for me 1) it is shocking what cleaners charge but it is not where you want to try to save money for quality 2) it is a pass through, the guest pays it. $250 per turn would be for larger unit and very good job.  

And using Turno, I have the cleanings automatically assigned to a cleaner.

Guest checks out, cleaners arrive to clean, conduct post stay inspection, and reset the home for next guest.

You might want the landlord to provide cleaning services and the tenant has to open the unit to the cleaner.
