.- Tenants should be wary of a landlord freely allowing prospective tenants to tour their occupied units without supervision.

Share knowledge freely and demonstrate we know something for starters.   

I would be concerned if someone regularly gave freely of their time, considering TIME is the most valuable resource we have.

Just doesn't work that way.If you want to grow with quantity/volume, have deep pockets and re-circulate capital in high RTP areas and get a few houses a year.

And of course since its their boo boo and we spent a lot of money to get there and took our money out of circulation we usually could get a nice check out of them for the E and O .. was not often but as we talk about this and the good ole days pop up I keep remember things like this..

It's like saying if we have 5M dollar in circulation is owned by 100 people vs 8M dollar in circulation is owned by 4 people.

All resulting from poor circulation.

So, offering them to just anyone and everyone will slow down our operation so unfortunately just freely offering our resources isn't feasible.Not comparing us to Apple haha but if someone wanted to build an iPhone themselves, I doubt Apple would give them contact details to their supplier in China or bank contacts in Ireland to avoid US taxes lol

Usually because they can’t agree on price meaning they get circulated for more than the true value.
