Knowing this guys apartment reeks of Cigarette smoke, what would you do? 

Not to mention, they will leave their cigarette butts, lunch, drinks thrown through out a house.

The woman in question has 5 grown children, all raised by another family member - inexplicably, she chose cigarettes, alcohol and homeless bums over her own flesh and blood.

I plug the modem into my cigarette lighter and I can pull up comps, tax information, contact information, deed information, and email from my laptop while I am out looking at property.

I run my business from home office; therefore, very often you can find me with laptop, coffee and ashtray full of cigarette butts at 3 AM.

However we still smell cigarette smoke, so it must be in the carpet.

Start adding up all the extras in one’s lifestyle and subtract this and the car payments, rent, cigarettes, beer ... and you will find out you may have a difficult time collecting payments.I have learned ways around this problem.

I have a duplex and one side has a pretty bad odor.I washed all the walls and doors with pine sol then did it again and it does smell better but the smell seems to still be lingering.I at first thought that the smell was from smoking marijuana the tenants were avid users of the miracle plant. add to that they smoked cigarettes.
