Kansas City is the “Heart of America” a transportation hub in the center of the country with a small city feel and the big city attractions of art, culture, fine dining, and professional sports teams.

The combination of multiple income streams (motel rooms and RV spaces) and its location near outdoor recreation and a nearby urban center makes it an intriguing deal.I have experience as a broker working on RV park and mobile home park (MHP) transactions, and I’m currently working on deals in this space.

I just missed out on a close-in 50 acre site for $250k that would have done all of these profit centers.

There are lots of lemons in the various center city areas. 

(Apartment buildings/retail centers/farm land/ etc etc…)

Alternatively, construction loans can provide staged funding for significant renovations but require more documentation.If you’re holding the property long-term, consider refinancing into a DSCR loan after renovations.

I'd like the building to be within 10 minutes walking distance from a Brown Line L stop, ideally in Lake View, North Center, or Ravenswood.
