These companies do provide a service, but it's not selling your property (they provide a platform in which you can list and catalog your property listing), that's your job.

If you work with the contractor desks at both Home Depot or even Menards (not sure you have Menards), but they have tons of catalogs, you can order and have it dropped directly at the job site.Most have contractor credit cards, that give you a % rebate of your purchase.
