I like Cascade Investor Alliance who meet in Marysville but there are many others that may suite your needs. 

Bought one on Lindale for $95K that currently rents for $1200, one on Cypress for $93K that rents for $1050, and one on Cascades for $86K that rents for $950.

I'm finding nice homes in the Cascade-Fairwood area; would it be reasonable to believe it would be easy to rent a 3 bedroom this far away from Bellevue/Seattle?

We are located just on the east side of the Cascades right on the Columbia River and the Wenatchee River (a major contributory to the Columbia).

Most of what the inspector found I had already anticipated through my walk throughs, but one issue popped up was the third floor bathroom , specifically it leaked during flushing , both on the floor and small water cascade on the floor below The toilet did have a note on it saying not to flush , there was a drain problem , so the previous owners did know about it.

The last 2 guests we had were AirBNB (our only 2 this year) and the took a beach towel, took the waffle maker, broke the window, trashed 3 bath towels, used an entire bottle of dish soap (to make bubblebath I assume) and took about 50 Cascade dishwasher pods.

The MLS listing generally gets pulled first by the realtor, and then it will either automatically cascade to be removed from the other sites, or the realtor may have to remove it manually.You can always call the agent who had the listing and ask the status of the property.

You'll just have to drive a little longer to get to one of the big cities (with "big" being relative east of The Cascades)Check Craigslist Bend Oregon and Craigslist Klamath Falls Oregon and do a search on the towns I recomended to you and you should be able to find some excellent deals.

Once I started looking there it just cascaded and today I have an agent looking at properties for me.
