Hey Katie, Yes It's a good market for fix and flip, back than in 2019-2021, it was also a good market for Brrrr, but I think nowadays it's hard to make a perfect Brrrr and to cash out all or most of the money back, but yes let's hear what people have to say :)

They told me that both options would last around the same amount of time (apparently they have a 14 year lifespan on average nowadays) and they give a 10 year parts warranty, so might as well go with the cheaper option.

You have to get creative and know what options you have.Building is the best option imo, so you’ll have to buy and tear down it seems like nowadays.
