Personally, I use Lending Club and option strategies (iron condors, broken wing butterflies, and the occasional DITM covered call) for that.Hopefully that sparked a few ideas or at least gives BPer's some things to Google.Worth repeating..... 

I really get excited learning more and more...when I wake up in the morning, it is different now... there's a shift...and I know that nothing can stop me, I am unstoppable...I know it won't be always rainbows and butterflies, honestly life's a real B... at times...trust me, I've been knocked down over and over again, as I'm sure you have too...but it's still up to me and it's completely up to you to make it happen! 

So I carry on being the social butterfly and trying to just be everywhere all the time. 

So I was looking at all these other agents that were successful and thought by myself, I can never do that - I am not a social butterfly, I don't know that many people, I don't know how they do it and can never do that many deals as they do.

However, you'll have a bit more butterflies when you drive your neighborhood if you fly in.. so whatever that's worth! 

Just more butterflies in the tummy since the numbers went up substantially.  

Others say the fear, even if just ‘butterflies’, doesn’t go away after doing many and may increase as deals get bigger.

But, I still get butterfly's in my stomach when I go to pull the trigger on a new big deal.

I just want to be a social butterfly in Real Estate, I am looking to learn all that I can and make real life changing money along the way.
