recently in my area, a lot of properties got break in and stole all staging furniture and appliances.

do you know what is the affective way to prevent criminal break in the staged properties while them on ...

This protects your personal belongings in case of fire, burst pipes, burglary or other disasters.

In my area there are very few burglaries, but it would be comforting to have a good security system in place.In my area ADT is a big player, but not the only player.

I got my revenge one time though--the former owner got convicted of burglary for stripping the house.  

I looked at the crime stats for the area and there was a burglary at that house middle of December.  

I don't take felonies, especially if they are for domestic abuse, violence, burglary, robbery, sexual offences etc. basically anything that might bring harm to my other tenants, my PM (wife), or anyone else.

They have 2 felonies on their record, one from 2015 (burglary) and 2001 (assault- they were 19) .
