We have just bought a bunch of HD's brand Defiant.  

The Simplified REI brand (you can find it on facebook or BP) are some really good meetups.

use STR reports it's more representative of major hotel markets and hotel inventory. find hte right brand. we just did a 150 page report on one development site.

I'd look for a good brand and spend some time looking at reviews from a big box store.
