Sometimes to do that you have to speak plainly to break through thinking that is circular and driven by a fear.  

I was suggesting that you pay, because you've got to break through the clutter with a busy, successful person.  

So you may have all of your ducks in a row but even then in a small town like this it's hard to break through on your own.

Any advice to break through to them? 

On the other side of the coin, you have pharmaceuticals companies, who often have negative level of net debt (debt - cash) because if their next break through drug may not get approved and their sales will drop.Thought should be give some thought to what space we are in when thinking about what net debt levels we want (overall leverage and how fast to pay down debt/how much cash to hold).

Typically those handrail bases are designed to not break through drywall, so plasterboard should handle it easy.

My agent had to get permission to break through the locks and replace them from the listing agent in order to show me the house after our second attempt to look at the place in a month.I also had a very tight timeline to work with.
