Any chance it wasn't the husband you met at the unit and it was a boyfriend?

So I went over there this morning and there's a woman and her boyfriend in the driveway and she's on the phone with....you guessed it: The Scammers!

I'm a tenant my landlord used to sit outside the house late at night watching the person who lived in the unit next to me to make sure her boyfriend wasn't coming over at night.

Hello everyone, I’m seeking advice, my tenant has a boyfriend who recently was released from jail.

My boyfriend and I each own a 1BR condo and we are trying to move in together but unfortunately don’t have the option to rent our places due to HOA restrictions.

For example lets say that a tenants boyfriend or girlfriend moves in and isn't ever approved by the property manager for tenancy.  

State pays fairly and checks come consistently but it always breaks down due to 'the boyfriend'- past, current or future. 

Since specs of mold showed up, she wants me to have a professional inspect for mold. back story on the unit - This tenant (1 of 2 girls) is moving out end of july and the other tenants boyfriend will be taking her place until the end of the lease (end of August).

My boyfriend, @Devon Moore, and I set out on a goal for the year to meet with at least one individual or couple each month who is passionate about their real estate journey.
