It is all about manipulation of numbers in this business to create the most positive returns, ignoring reality and bolstering ones own ego.

I can take a loan from this account to bolster my real estate investment if need be, but obviously would like to keep as much in there as possible for the sake of compound interest.

There have been minor leakage issues in the past and some minor weather damage issues as well that I can probably leverage off of to bolster the case for expense characterization. 

For me, it means that in order to network, I have to really bolster myself first - amp myself up, talk myself into it and, much to some friends' disgust, kinda piggyback onto their conversations until I feel brave enough to go off on my own. 

This growth has been bolstered by the city's dynamic and diversified economy, which features a variety of industries, including IT and healthcare.

I am also using these experiences to bolster my REI street cred.I have secured a tenant for unit#1 after having to evict the prior tenant I have just evicted (received judgement yesterday) problem tenant #2 and should have it rented rather quickly based on the interest gained on unit #1, they're right next door.  

Now,  I trying to bolster my portfolio by looking at the surrounding community.
