I got snacks plus goodies from my favorite place Bath and Body Works!

My wife and I don't want to follow the scale up construction company model (we already did and it wasn't the best).We do a lot of labor on our projects and are looking in to the future and realizing our bodies will not hold out over time.

You wonder some days if there secretly a cyborg, some special DARPA top secret project putting chatGPT into a human looking body to see how quickly ai can take over an industry, lol.

All the hard work it took to get myself into a position to invest was not kind on my body.

I hope some body read this and do your own due diligence.

Not 1 time has a standard rental poo-decorated a unit, not 1 time have I had dead bodies at a standard rental. 

I don't have a problem with reasonable protections for tenants from slumlords but those should always be arbitrated by either a court, or maybe an extrajudicial body to free up the courts and hear issues.

You can hire an agent just to show and be a body if they are willing, While its not perfect, ChatGPT is a great tool to ask initial questions and get a launching pad (always verify what it tells you)  - @Drew Sygit - Good point about getting someone to help you with screening if they dont have any "skin in the game" so to speak.
