Hello there everybody-This is a new program to me but I find it a bit useful and a bitter taste was left in my mouth when I found out that only 3 mortgages were insured under this program for 1996.

Coordinating phone calls, showings, and meetings was a little tricky with a FSBO rep; regardless of their motives, I/my husband felt a little bitter by closing time because while closing quickly and happily was our top priority, the sellers didn't seem as motivated.

I'm super-bitter because I fly out of that airport and the developers are having it shut down.

@Joe SplitrockGreat thread, Joe, great contribution, @Matt Williams.I can only imagine how the bitterness builds up working as a sub for a large flooring contractor who sardine-packs your schedule and tells you that putting in fast, just-good-enough floors has to be your highest priority as long as you sub for him.

I do appropriate the offered help and guidance, and I will most defiantly be reaching out to you if you are ok with consent "ankle bitter" questions that, well, for me, just don't click or are just not as translucent as they are to you.

It will be difficult to rival the ROI figures you probably read about on this forum.2.
