It's difficult to get a sense for realistic appreciation potential when so much of the growth has bee driven by immigrants and therefore will likely come to an end. 

I just replied that I'm not allowed to answer those sorts of questions as I could lose my license in the blink of an eye.I wondered whether it was a sting, because Massachusetts sends out "testers" to do exactly that.

The progress I've seen to date has bee positive (Costco, luxury apartment builds, bike share, park improvements) and the progress announced has been exciting (ferry, additional luxury complexes, trolly, commercial development for higher streets, warehouse jobs, connected parks).

You have have to stay on top of synching your calendars and a few other things, but overall it has bee pretty good for me.
