Staging is the process of arranging and decorating your house to highlight its best features and make it as appealing as possible to potential buyers.

For instance - Easter baskets, Halloween candy, fun craft beers for St Patty’s Day, tons of options for Valentine’s Day, small tree and decor set up for Christmas, etc.  

One block will be beautiful with bunch of new builds, next one 500ft away it’ll seem like you’re in a different country.
