The units are very utilitarian, in the first listing there are only 2 art pieces in the living room, they are too small for the wall, and they look like they were ordered off of amazon which isn't necessarily bad but it also doesn't stand out.

1) Yiu REALLY need to know what CA will  allow you to do, I don’t know, but the state may say too bad landlord, you lose. 2) Assuming your attorney (Or you if you’re able to decode the laws that relate to your situation and are willing to go to court in front of a judge against a “sick” kid.) think you have the right to collect the rent I’d give them two options.

If you just hire the cheapest or first PMC you speak with and it turns into a bad experience, please don’t assume ALL PMC’s are bad and start trashing PMC’s in general.

Just keep in mind that using that emergency fund to buy your next property and having tapped a HELOC already may leave you in a bad spot if you run into a similar problem again.Also, I’m not 100% sure, but I have heard that personal loans don’t your credit more so than other types of debt so be sure you look into that if you go the personal loans route and then planned to finance your next purchase soon after.
