I think that this would depend upon perspective (yours vs Realtor A vs Realtor B) and any contractual obligations.  

This will not be a V-shaped recovery in housing prices.

You should check out the differential that class A vs Class B rentals go for then adjust your finish level accordingly.

@Moni Av If there is wood rot and termite damage in that many areas, then you have to ask yourself isn't it likely there is even more behind siding and such where the inspector could not see.
