@January Johnson, i am trying to figure out how to issue my STR cleaner a 1099 at end of this year.

DSCR lenders have a tendency to pull stuff like this all the time, especially on low value assets like the one you are trying to buy.

Thus, by virtue of that statement, there should be a tendency to stay local.

Yes, time in the market is key, but most, myself included, have had a tendency to gamble on stocks, lose our money and never truly hold.

Both have left us with a $2000 plus bill at end of there lease.

I reached out 2/1/24 to see if they planned on moving at end of lease and they said they would be staying through Fall 2024. 

The idea would be to either fund a HYS/CD/Money market and let it grow, then make the lump sum payment at end of year.
