I read an article I thought articulated this very well, we are seeing the collapse of a very complex system and this the fruit.  

Again, the BiggerPockets store has some books on this topic, or you can learn about it by watching podcasts, reading blogs, and interacting on the forum.

Trying to make it where there is a lot of data, easy to use, and have a lot of articles written by local experts.

We talked about opening the meetups to the general public, and not just BP members to get more people. let me know what topics you'd like to get more expertise on, and I'll line up some people to come so we can pick their brains.

I was never aware about the fact that It's simple to start up as long as you put In the work to learn the topic like the back  of your hand.
