The house was offered "AS-IS" and we're buying with cash.After the AO, it was disclosed to us that a "Paper-Road" runs through the property and is the responsibility of the homeowner to maintain this parcel, which is about 25 feet worth of side yard.

I have also done aome reasearch on the rental market here and ot seems like there is a great potential for some good cash flowing peoperties, specially in low income rentals, but thats just my opinio.

So like most people will probably say majority of your calls from a AO list will be landlords either on purpose or by mistake but they will likely be landlords.
