That is just something I happen to know a lot about because I've worked in pricing algorithms for airlines etc. in the past and I think your average self manager has horrible pricing.

Sure houseing prices have slowed or maybe decreased some, but overall cost of ownership probably up with the higher interest rates.Has it had an effect on hotel rates/airline tickets?   

Right, the list of things to maintain and/or replace is never ending; rugs, AC filters, light bulbs, water filter in fridge, detector batteries, pest control, coffee maker, stove eyes and pans, silverware, bowls, glasses, sofa cushions, pillows, blinds, brooms, mops, vacuum, brushes, shower curtains, bath mats, beach towels. 

If they say it is an ESA - then we assess pet fees (airlines now do too).Yes, someone can tell us the pet is a Service Animal and say the dog helps them with (PTSD, seizures, vision etc etc).
