I want to do it right and do not want the cheap websites like spokeo, intellius, and others that have a 5-10% accuracy rate. what's your opinion of BatchSkipTracing.com??

It will so helpful if this software works though but I’m little skeptical without knowing the accuracy in the areas I focus on. 

I've already done quite a bit of research in my area and can already pretty much tell you what a property is worth or at least generally what it will sell for as I spend about 3 hours a day looking at properties and have been doing that for about a year to make sure I'm prepared on the accuracy side of things.I do have a family member that is a real estate agent in the area, but I'm not sure if a standard single family residential agent is the correct connection for multifamily.

If the "binkie" statement all too many run to of "markets will always act uniquely" were true, riddle how I nailed forecasting with 97%+ accuracy since start of covid when I started PUBLICLY putting my ballz on the chopping block of making my forecasts public information.
