I used to try to talk him into expanding into a rental empire, but he never found it that interesting, so I'd make plans of my own in "make believe land" :) I've been researching rentals and investing for 20+ years now.I am very interested in getting an income that's somewhat passive of about $90K+/year through small multi-family homes within the next 10 years (if possible) so that I can pursue other interests with my wife related to yoga/wholeness and Christian ministry- we love that stuff and I'm both a pastor and a certified yoga teacher... just to keep things interesting

All paperwork is done by docusign or faxing, Internet ads are placed by us (usually still in my yoga pants).

I currently own a yoga business.  

Activities include hiking, mountain biking, rock climbing, lifting weights, yoga, snowboarding, snowshoeing, trail running, etc.

I began tracking my sleep, I followed a strict diet and weigh program, and I even began to incorporate yoga into my weekly routine (something I never envisioned myself doing).

Some properties also have fitness instructors, spinning class rooms, yoga studios, you name it.Interiors will also differ.

Places like gastropubs, yoga studios, art galleries, trendy coffee shops are all pretty good signs I think. 

Don't think for one minute they are not going to push you to buy expensive protein powders and yoga classes and continued expensive training sessions.

Perfect for studio classes, yoga, coffee shop, etc with office space upstairs.

I love when coffee shops and yoga studios come to the neighborhood.
