Hey @Jacob Dalton - Which North west suburb is your property in?

I'm out West at the moment, but will probably be returning to Tokyo before too much longer.At the risk of being contrarian, after picking up a couple of investment properties in Japan (one Tokyo, one outskirts), I shifted to a strategy of only investing in the US. 

Also this is in West Palm Beach targeted for families on vacation.

Hi @Keith Jourdan, do you know any good property managers in Detroit North West or Southfield Area that you can recommend?

I work with OOS investors from similar west coast inflated markets to make some passive income here on great properties!

My wife and I bought 11 acres on the river in West Texas for $18,500.

It has appreciated greatly in the west ward and wanting to keep it but don't want the people interaction.

My EA and I were able to validate that the discounts provided were better than anything we can find on our own and if you think about it: Instead of going directly to CB2, Wayfair, Rejuvenation, West Elm, etc., you can just buy it all in one swoop through Minoan. 

Last year was the first and only year we had a negative cash flow, and that is driven by the anti-landlord west coast sentiment.  

The wild west indeed.
