that was not a method that Armando taught in the seminars I attended these were strickly how to find BRRR props and rehab them and then resell or refi and keep.. the Markets we worked were Vegas and Orlando and Frankly those investors who actually bought property doubled their money or more with the deals i funded for them and they bought on their own it was 2011 to 2013 which as we know was a prime buying time and had to hand it to Armando he picked two of the best Markets..

Staying at flamingo island using Marriott points and Hyatt casino using Hyatt points flying business with AF flying blue to Paris in Mag with my wife and 2 kids 45k points each leg, staying at an Airbnb paid cash and in Budapest at the W wirh 6 night cerficatesgoing to Italy in September flying economy in Iberia for 4 people, 25k Alaska points one way ($1000 per person when i checked) staying at the grand Victoria hotel in lake comp with my 3 night Hilton verticales ($1300 per night value) still planning the return and the rest of the trip

I may consider selling off my Indianapolis area SFHs to 1031 exchange to Nevada (Reno or Vegas, looking at those 2 markets) - I think my kids would rather have another home in Nevada (future primary, vacation home or rental) vs dealing with rentals 2000 miles away.

@Christine Aledam if you are planning to invest in Vegas or even otherwise in a different state with the mindset of growing the portfolio, might be best to do it under LLC.
