My girlfriend and I are in college have been grinding away at our wholesale business to pay for college by the time we graduate (we are currently both undergrads), we are meeting with a very motivated seller today, we have no experience.... are also thinking about using seller financing not just wholesaling as our options.Question: our area is very dead in terms of REI it is a college town so there are a lot of rentals but almost no flippers, we have an extremely low population (we are in the north country in upstate new york) and no REI meetings within 60 miles.

The best "no sales agenda" book on personal and business finance will be a text book for college freshman or undergrads, it begins with the basics of what banks are and actually, people assume things about finance from doing business but never really understand the basics of finance and economic system, these text books can take you to more advance ideas after you get the basics.

There is no undergrad, so there is no undergrad nonsense. 

I graduated undergrad from there, and I still go visit friends there quite a bit.

Hi everyone,I'm a recent college grad (working full time for a month now) and I've been trying to obtain financing approval for the last year or so while working part-time and finishing up my undergrad.

For those with significant experience doing this, am I better served using my benefits to get an MBA or to use them to take a myriad of courses at the undergrad level that could also help me, e.g. a few accounting courses, maybe some basic trades courses, marketing, etc. 

I’m also an immigrant who came to this county 9 years ago for undergrad with just two suitcases and a big dream.
