The best part of the website besides the fact that it is FREE is that it will syndicate the information to several classifieds search engines and will it will get you listing on most of the major social networking sites (Twitter, Facebook), online classifieds (Craig’s List, Backpage, Kijiji), and Zillow just to name a few.

I've been on BP under the radar for about 6 months, gathering a wealth of information from the blogs mostly, via Twitter, as well as the amazing podcasts.

Saw this article on twitter yesterday.

Much easier to hit someone up on Facebook, twitter, or via a text.

That's the way it is for me on twitter; if I land on someones account to check them out and there have been no tweets in months, there is nothing to interest me, and I move on.

That said, by having someone dedicated to being the "face" person of your company and spending time connecting personally with agents (via Twitter, Facebook, etc), you can become part of the social stream and use of your product is a natural part of those connections especially because it is free.

Some of my most-used, non-game, third-party apps are Dropbox, Facebook, Echofon (for Twitter), Mint.com's app, Trulia, Foursquare, The Weather Channel, imdb, iQueue (for Netflix), Kindle, and Simplenote.

I was super surprised to hear the amount of people dogging on Twitter and very excited about the outlook for Google+.
