The outside looked decent (other than a couple broken windows and hole in the roof) but the inside was destroyed right down and including studs and rafters/trusses.

So when I need a new admin for the advertising business I own, I place an ad for a $10/hour entry level position and I get 100 resumes from kids who just graduated with a degree in speech communications, or marketing & PR, or some other BS degree (says the guy with a philosophy degree), and they're $100K in debt and no idea how they'll ever get out of it.

Then we had to replace areas of framing on interior and rebuild the window framing plus repair the aged window, but you might need to consider new window as well based on how many on that wall. then drywall and any other infrastructure that needs to be done on that wall: electric plumbing, etc. that affected wall had plumbing so new code dictated double wall with insulation on outer most wall which added additional cost. termite damage went as high as the roof truss and I needed to replace a beam, but luckily above the bottom beam was the only affected area.

Should be a trussed roof assuming there is a snow load.Really need to see in person to evaluate.
