I recently got into self storage and have been a volunteer fire fighter for that last 20 years.  

No one falls through the cracks in those zip codes.I also have a VA doing a stealth fighter with laser guided smart bombs campaign to landlords doing their own evictions in my metro area.I've got a ways to go but so far, making more money than it's costing me. 

But now that I've been cleared by my orthopedist, I'm also getting back into shape to do more Ballroom Dance competition and train more fighters ;)

As of right now I work on the electronics portion of our fighter jets so I've got some great problem solving skills under my belt.

Also I am a fire fighter as well and I’ve heard I can get some pretty good discounts when it comes to purchasing a home.  I’m interested within the next year in buying my very first duplex.
