When an article is submitted it automatically goes to unapproved status. There is no way to measure if it was actually read and disapproved or not. Perhaps we could add a date for actual disapproval. Perhaps add anoth...

Most LO's and processors can't live up to their expected standards for package in a loan so borrowers get steered to a "easier" lender.I've done a lot of loans through Provident funding often times with little to no prior to doc conditions, but then again if I submit a loan to Provident I do the processing I can't trust my account to just anyone submissions need to be perfect or they'll cut you off.

I would also think that anything that was appealed and found to be not guilty on the appeal would come off as well.I was recently told that only 2-3 counties have automatic submission of the court documents to the case search database.
