Eventually the kitchen will need to be updated, but the bathrooms are updated and tile floor throughout. 1 tenant for nearly 4 years, just changed out tenant.

Set clear goals, stay accountable, and celebrate small wins along the way, getting started is the hardest part, but you’re on the right track!

You can always take the extra 10% and use it to invest in something else or use it for updates on the property.
