No issues now, but it's bound to happen eventually.My properties are all in Texas county, but I have no problem dealing with someone in either the West Plains or Springfield areas.

Not sure where are you located in southeast missouri - there is a REIA group in Springfield and then a bunch in Kansas City and one that meets in Columbia.

Hello all, I'm interested in using the master lease option strategy in the Springfield, MA market but I have no experience with using it.

Falls Church, part of Arlington, part of Alexandria, Fairfax, Springfield, Rockville, Bethesda, North Potomac.

The employees that have families I think are likely to end up in good school districts in Arlington, parts of Alexandria, Springfield, Rockville, Bethesda, Potomac (primarily west of 355 in Maryland except where the Walter Johnson district stretches east of 355), Fairfax, Falls Church, a bit into Reston/Herndon.

Cash flow allowed me to purchase 2 other multi families in Springfield.
