It’s just like buying a new car for $35k and getting the sport package for an extra $2k, relative to the car, the add-on is not expensive.

If you like the the area and can afford the house it would be like buying a luxury or sports car.

But, if they are using RE as a wealth savings device, that is ok with me.

My goal is to build a business that serves corporate clients; construction and infrastructure development teams,  medical/education faculty,  corporate relocation,  family emergency relocation services,  sports travel/events, corporate and industryand I want to learn from those of you who are doing this successfully and are willing to share actionable ideas for how I can be successful in offering value to these groups.Thank you!!

You can get the cashier's check and do any other banking transactions from the convenience of your home office or mobile device without ever going to the branch with any of these banks. 

Kind of like sports star's endorsing a care or something.
