I'm looking at my first deal in South Eastern Ohio, asking price is $100,000.

It had paruqe floors that were coming up in places old single pane aluminum windows and some aluminum wire.

Does anyone know if there are any investor friendly brokers out here in south eastern Missouri?  

Almost all the wiring was late 20th Century, no aluminum or weird knob and tube stuff.

Does it have aluminum wiring?

Add a cast iron or aluminum fence around the pool for safety and charge rent high enough to include a pool company to maintain...maybe, I do not have a rental with a pool (above is our pool) but I could see it being quite a plus if safe and easy for tenants.

I have left bathrooms almost 100% as I bought them, left older but functioning hvac items, and usually leave older siding (wood or aluminum).
