So gentlemen, after all of this, I am still a little bit concerned about doing repairs to my SD IRA property as well as property management of the SFR.

As you know, parking is a disaster anywhere in the SD beach area.

I’m on the board of a small camp in Crofton, NE (near Yankton SD) (~120 beds, 80k budget) and we have had insurance policy adjustments in policy and costs for last 4-5 yrs.

Might be a little far drive from SD but may be worth it.
