Do what you need to now but sales are sluggish on STRs right now from what I’ve seen, and those that have sold went for much less than they should have.

Again, your time horizon is the key here adjust with that in mind.The timing is impossible you can look for signals but still hard to pick the bottom.So, for me I pick companies that have good balance sheets just because a company has gone done does not Mean buy it, could mean it is on shaky ground could roll over and shut down.So, I pick blue chip divined stocks that have low debt good business model.If you are not going long then good luck this recession may be short or could drag on keeping profits low and sluggish, punish the stock.

However, as the business gets more complex, the reporting limitations and sluggish nature of Wave starts to balance out the free price tag.  

No matter how much currency is in circulation, if it doesn’t move this causes deflation.The elites know how sluggish things are right now.

We may simply see years and years of moderation or sluggishness. 

However, if we experience a sluggish market, I think it would be a precursor to a possible recession.

I am hoping to use this knowledge to get my real estate investing off to a good start; my brother, dad, and myself have been sluggishly searching to find an investment property (likely in multifamily) over the last six months or so.
