I try to refinance house 4 and it doesnt work and thats another long story but i went through a broker and they royally f'd up IMO.

We've been through 6 including the larger names and most of them suck royally.  

However, being a Canadian citizen, it seems like I would still need to pay Canadian taxes on the US properties regardless.
