My uncle has done 84 percent for the last 14 consecutive years (these numbers can be proven  and have been well documented) .

In efforts to get more experience with IOS, we are seeking a financial partner that potentially has experience with this asset class. 

I am wondering if anyone invests in this area can provide me with some referrals?

@Chantelle LewisRecommend exploring as many sources as possible to get referrals AND cross-reference them to get as much accurate information as possible.Check out NARPM.com, BP’s Property Manager Finder (BiggerPockets: The Real Estate Investing Social Network), etc.Also, encourage you to learn from the mistakes of others - by reading posts here on BiggerPockets about owners not having their expectations met by their current Property Management Company.

I did read someone on these forums advising against it too.Any advice/insight about this?

I'm use to a move-in inspection documenting the condition of everything at time of move-in.

This can also be triggered if they have kids or what they perceive to be valuables in the home that have not been secured.It can also relate to how you conduct the inspection.

Try to find any documentation possible.
