Many local colleges offer Continuing Education courses that are very economical and great.Until your are very good at taking photographs and then working with them in Photoshop, I would highly recommend hiring a professional.

Ideally they would have a full frame DSLR camera, a wide angle lens or two, a sturdy tripod and photo manipulation capabilities (photoshop, aperture, iphoto, etc.).
