Many local colleges offer Continuing Education courses that are very economical and great.Until your are very good at taking photographs and then working with them in Photoshop, I would highly recommend hiring a professional.

Ideally they would have a full frame DSLR camera, a wide angle lens or two, a sturdy tripod and photo manipulation capabilities (photoshop, aperture, iphoto, etc.).

My company name consistently gets misrecognized as a photo shop.

I don't have Photoshop or Illustrator (nor do I know how to use them anyway!)

@Nnamdi OkwerekwuBasing repair costs off staged (& sometimes photoshopped) photos is a horrible idea.

But if you try to evict them they could use photoshop or some editing program to trash you and your property by claiming there's mold, etc. 

I could have used Photoshop, but this one was gimp.

They may have photoshopped out the glass door in the right picture as you can see the reflection of the camera on the wall.
