Where do you guys go to get it good and inexpensive painters?

Separate the wheat from the chaff.When you meet them in the street, just say hello with a smile--you never know-- your next painter (or other) might be their cousin--recommended to you by them, as that nice landlord.Good Luck!

Made poor choice in hiring first painter and the expense of labor and supplies - unable to complete job satisfactorily which will lead to a redo.

What is the minimum amount of information needed from a painter on their receipt in order to submit a deduction for my rental property on the basis that this is a repair.

Usually if he has a day laborer like a painter he pays them.

Dump trailer, Air Compressor,, 18 gauge Brad nailer, framing nailer and 25 gauge pin nailer, sledge hammer, contractor grade trash bags, gloves, eye protection, ear protection, plastic, painters tape, frig tape, list continues, about 100 more but my fingers are getting tired. 

Skilled labor is hard to find and expensive...Painters in my area are charging $85/hr and they stay busy....

Same framer in Charleston was 15 bucks. our painter is 2 to 2.25 a foot in and out 3 colors and includes paint..

The bathtub will need to be refinished.The hardwood floor underneath the carpet looks to be in quite good condition, and should only cost about $1000 to refinish.The painter is due to start work on Tuesday, beginning with scrubbing the walls and ceiling and moving on to primer and paint.
