I heard a rent control advocate recently state that rent control results in rents increasing greater than it did before the rent control because of greedy LL   She did not understand that the increased risk associated with not being able to get rid of bad tenants drove rents up.Basic economics, but the masses do not see the effects of these laws.  

Most traders are now pricing a 100% chance of rates being cut in or by September.

Rent control advocates blame this on greedy LL because they are very ignorant of economics.  

We did a walk through and did not smell anything 2 days ago. so afterthe complaint we said we could go there and inspect.tenant started getting really angry and complaining about other things and how much rent they pay and we are greedy.

But I also feel that over the last several years, many groups are getting greedy and wanting to be paid to transact more than buy good deals.  

Lazy, sloppy, greedy. 

There are definitely a lot of them in your area.Don't push collaboration too early, greedy hands will come for you.

Everything is spelled out in the LLC operating agreement as a 50/50 split there, that way no one gets greedy and tries to get creative at the end.

Make sure you make money on it, and don't get too greedy.
