The more time you spend talking about other options and try to build up the negatives, the less time you are spending on what you fell are the positives of your own idea.If you believe that you are onto a great idea using L2P option contracts and forming partnerships where someone else provides 100% of the money while you provide 100% of the real estate-related functions, then start it up and make it work.

I think this may be a built in functionality of the Turno app, but I don't use Turno and my cleaners don't seem to offer that as part of their standard process.

Exploring other options like Appfolio or Apartments.com which might offer the balance of support and functionality you need, is a sensible approach.

That's why it sort of replace the need for a checking account.Every tool has it's function.

Short term or long term, everything should function!
