I've only owned a couple sfh am middle-aged and not sure I agree with flipping sfh at this point to create wealth, time freedom and passive income so I have been reading and there seems to be a lot of talk with multi-families and more specifically apartment investing.

The goal is to achieve and maintain financial freedom.

It's because typically people say they want financial freedom but are looking for an easy button where they do minimal work and all this success happens in their life.

I've learned the easiest way to do this is ask the owner to remove everything unnecessary for guest use AND give us permission and the freedom to remove items as we see best.Less stuff in the home, less issues and less work each turnover.

Who knows one day you may get to financial freedom through housing your colleagues.

I'm located near Great Falls in central Montana.I have been self-employed for about 4 years and love what I do, so my goal is to build total wealth long-term, not to maximize cash flow for FIRE/financial freedom in the near-term.

Many investors have started off with less and leveraged their way to financial freedom. your just not there yet.

Our goal is to start and grow our portfolio to achieve financial stability, more family time, the freedom to take vacations, and the ability to live life on our terms.

I'm not sure what i'd do afterwards, but by then i'd have a lot more financial freedom.
