Given the lack of activity / buyers in the market at this time with rates, would you reccomend holding and renting it until the market is better to sell in? I

I’ve spent time assessing areas locally and identified Richmond, Pearland, Conroe, Montgomery and Katy as prospective areas to invest in. I

this one is mine and its a 7 bagger profit on an option flip ( plus I retain 4 acres free and clear that I will build storage for all these lots coming in. .  I
