This means you would be allowed to only rent to females, for example.  

I just got an email from the husband mentioning his work schedule was changed and he wondered if it would be ok that just his wife did the walk-through.Not to be so conservative, but in today's litigious society, I feel a bit at risk with only myself and the female spouse doing the walk-through without the husband present.I'm sure I'm not the only one to face this dilemma.What is your experience BP?

I've had some that were pushy, particularly with my female property manager.

The reason he mentioned a washing machine hose is because you need two female fittings, whereas a normal water hose has a female and male.

I once had a single female tenant who worked for a manufacturing company.

And that's the takeaway from our Fair Housing training here in MA - you can NEVER discuss people.I had two different black female clients ask me straight up, "are there any black people living around here?"
