As the saying goes, you're learning to fly the plane while it's still on the ground.

If there is no answer leave a hand written letter inside a fed ex envelope. 

After some days or weeks or months, both men get in their respective planes.

kind of like folks that think they are being funny when they on are planes these days and talk about crashing then cant figure out why they are getting kicked off the plane.. lots of nut jobs out there.

So shortage of inventory prices remain firm or go up.. in the same time this has gone down a few of my floor planes that were 600k 3 years ago I just sold exact same floor plan for 850k closed 7 of them Quarter 3..

@Allan Kapoorexactly - the purpose of the trips is to build knowledge and a network, not to hop on a plane when a property hits your inbox. 

Make sure you have plan A, B, C, D, and even then.... perhaps plan E too.

From my understanding, UPS / FedEx simply leave packages at the front door and DO NOT "buzz" the tenant when they drop the package off. 

I have “retired” with a lot of toys (missing a plane but maybe in the next year).  

You can plan for things that are bound to happen vs things that not likely to happen.It's like planes vs cars.
