If it was mine, I'd fix those bathrooms up with real tubs and tile and different vanity tops and change out the kitchen laminate with something modern and I definitely wouldn't supply appliances.Would it work...

It offers things that simply can’t be found anywhere else in the world and it’s clearly the best place for many things (finance, fashion, art, culture, Broadway/ theatre, diversity of neighborhoods and people, always something to do at all hours of the day and night, hundreds of amazing restaurants with all kinds of food (I would say the best foodie city in the world by far and I’ve been to a lot of places including Paris, Rome etc.), incredible live music, parks (not just Central Park either there are a lot of them), public libraries and bookstores, shopping, all kinds of entertainment… It would be an uphill argument to make that it’s not the best in the world in all of these categories.
